Where do you ship?
We now ship only within the continental U. S. and to Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping has been discontinued. Some of our products cannot be exported due to shipping restrictions.
How do you ship packages?
We ship orders by way of the U.S. Postal Service. If your package weighs less than 13 ounces then the First Class Mail - Parcel option will be available. Shipping options with up front calculated costs will be displayed near the end of the check out process. Shipping by United Parcel Service (UPS) is no longer available.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are normally shipped the next business day. Delivery time by mail is usually within 3 to 5 business days. If an item is back ordered then we will inform you of the delay by email.
How much will it cost to send my order?
Shipping costs are based on your shipping destination and the size and weight of your package. Our shopping cart is linked to the USPS online rate calculator and will automatically add shipping charges for you.
You will be able to review shipping charges before finally submitting your order.
What if some items are on back order?
Back ordered items can greatly slow down the amount of time that it takes for you to receive your order. If we can not deliver the back ordered items within 30 days, we will notify you of the delay by email. You may then elect to wait for the items to arrive or may cancel your order.
Will you ship to an APO/FPO address?
Sorry no. These addresses are normally located outside of the U. S. Due to shipping restrictions some of our products cannot be sent to other countries.
Can I track my order after it has been shipped?
An automated email message is sent from the U. S. Postal Service with your delivery/tracking number as soon as your shipping label has been printed and your package is ready to be mailed.
